Before you play
Here's what you're looking for in Baccarat Basics. Same table, very different prices: Banker loses ~1%, Player ~1.2%, Tie ~14%.
How does Baccarat Basics work?
- Bet on Player, Banker, or Tie — you do not make any decisions after that.
- Both sides get cards; the hand closest to 9 wins.
- Player pays 1:1, Banker pays 1:1 minus commission, Tie pays 8:1.
- Tie looks generous but is by far the worst bet on the table.
How the round goes
- 1Use temporary virtual practice chips at the table
- 2Play a few rounds — the coach explains each one
- 3See the big picture in “What just happened?”
